Under Cooked Pizza Delivered - Pizza Hut
We ordered a large pan pizza from the Pizza Hut on SR 312 in Saint Augustine Fl. It was about 530pm on 30 Sept 2014. When called and ordered we ask that the pizza be a little crispy as we like the crust to be brown and the cheese a little "tanned". The lady on the phone asked if we wanted it well done, I said I did not want it burnt, just a little crispy. In a very condescending tone " I can put down how many seconds you want it in the oven. She said it is either the way you get it or well done, there is no in between. Well to prove her point we received an undercooked pizza. The crust was white and the cheese was barely melted because the pizza was just warm, not hot, warm. So if you are ordering a pizza in Saint Augustine do not order from these people. Never again will we order.
