Pizza Hut Complaint

Order quite a few pizzas for Pharmacutical business
Ordering process is rediculous there is no reason when the Pizza Hut branch is 3 miles from our business that we have to order through a contractor in a satellite location that knows nothing about where we are or how to get here. When ordering through a particular branch the customer needs to be able to order with the local people employed there so that location is common and over time the employees and customers start to know each other things become easier.
