Bad Service

I often visit my local Pizza Hut delivery in starbeck - harrogate. I recently realised that I can get a discount on food here with my student discount card but the last two times I have shown them my card they said they don't do student discount offers. I was surprised to hear it so I went back online to check if I was wrong. As it turns out the student discount app does infact show that I should get a discount of 20% on the full menu. Obviously I'm very dissapointed about this as my last couple of orders have been relatively expensive.
