terrible customer service - Pizza Hut

Waited two hours for our pizzas. Called the store and the employee who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me. My husband called back and they transferred him to a manager, apparently if you're a man you get a more desirable response. Manager who answered, Alex, wasn't even at said store and was rude as well. Told my husband that it's a free country and if we wanted to order pizza from somewhere else to go for it. You guys call this customer service?! Thanks for nothing Pizza Hut and for ruining an otherwise great night. Way to go
