complaint about crawley pizza hut
Hi i would like to complaint about pizza hut crawley the boulevard one which says under new management .today 4th feb 2015 time around 6:15 pm i wnt to pizza hut and ordered a chicken supreme on the voucher says buy one get one free and in total i paid £18.29 including a bottle of coke after couple of minutes i asked her to change into a deal £20 that include 2 large pizza bottle of coke garlic bread and wedges but she refuse to change and says i cant do thisbecause ur ordered for buy1 get1 free is already done i said sorry i havent seen this deal and said ill pay u extra £1.71 to change into that deal but she refused and very rude with me well i picked up my pizza and went home i opened a pizza she hasnt put the black olives which i already asked at the time of order secondly the taste was so bad i always eat pizza from pizza hut i bever ever had a raste like that before. Be honest with i will never ever go to pizza hut will go to dominos next time . Sid
