Pizza Hut can't get customer service right

I ordered a pizza by phone. I had my roommate on their way home to stop by to pick it up. Pizza Hut said they had no order. I called back to Pizza Hut and they had put my order under the wrong name. I had to go back to pick up my order and didn't get any consideration that the pizza was old, no offer to discount the pizza or any coupons on future orders. It's a shame that the customer service is so slack.
