Pizza Hut Complaint

Every time, except one time, we have ever gone to this store or ordered from it, I'v e had to call them and tell them to come get the pizza and remake. Pizza Hut , 7939 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221, 904-783-3229.
We went yesterday about 7pm. I chicken came out great. The server asked if my husband wanted another coke two times. Me, I never was asked or given another ice water the whole visit.
When the first pizza came out it was dripping with sauce and grease was under, on it, and dripping grease. It was on the dry side (sauce wise.) I told the server and asked if another could be made. I asked for a little little extra sauce because every time I've ordered there it comes out dry. (I was told by the server the last time that the pizza are pre-made and the cook just grabs one and adds toppings not looking to ticket asking for extra sauce.)
The second one came out and it was covered with grease, under and on top. I ask the server what was going on. She said the pizza were coming out like this all her shift and thought the cook was adding too much oil.
To make things worse; the manager never came to table to see why we were upset. We paid for the chicken and soda. We will never be there again.
