University pizza is unacceptable - Rude service... bad product... No Customer Service.

Last night, I ordered a pizza at 9pm. After 1 1/2 hours I called. The employee told me that it should be there any minute. After waiting another hour, I called back and spoke with a manager (mike) he proceed to tell me they had one died and get over it, then hung up. Never ever will I order from pizza but again. I am so disappointed, irritated and disgusted by this service. I work in food service as a manager and even on my worst day, would I treat a customer like I was treated today.
